I acquired this from a dear friend that passed. I know that the top is a ST2400 but not sure of bottom unit? Trying to identify it. Please help, also looking for combined value?[/color]

That cabinet looks like an AL250 circa 1972. See that catalog page for it here:

No clue what its value is, though.
