Newbie for any forum. Got my #64-SGB about 15 years ago. The man that gave it to me was from PA, bought it new. Have the #21-SGC hard case and #2-SGA shoulder strap, which I have also. Only cleaned the controls and re-placed the wires under the pickguard, and re-placed the strings. Plays better than I can play it. Just thought I'd share, and when able, will post pic's. Also from him, got a ols Alamo Challenger 50 watt amp. that sound pretty good!
The guy I got it from played bluegrass and laid it on lap, like a steel. He had lost his index finger in a coal mine.

Back to the guitar, it's a sunburst solid hardwood (Maple?) with the three AP-6 pick-ups and the A-40 metal cast adj. bridge.
